Factory-Direct Project Manufacturing

Factory-Direct Custom Light Box Manufacturing

Ningora is a factory-trade integrated business that manufactures custom SEG light boxes, aluminum frame systems and non-standard illuminated displays for sign companies, large-format printers and display contractors.

Project review is the first manufacturing stage: it turns the buyer’s requirement into a confirmed scope before fabrication, assembly, lighting integration, project-specific checks and packing preparation.

Requirement / Drawing → Configuration → Fabrication → Assembly → Lighting Integration → Project-Specific Checks → Packing

What Ningora manufactures—and what each buyer must define

What Ningora Manufactures

Custom SEG and fabric light boxes, aluminum SEG frames, project-specific frame assemblies and non-standard illuminated structures.

Best For

Sign companies, large-format printers, display and exhibition contractors, fit-out teams and signage distributors.

Buyer Inputs

Application, dimensions, quantity, sidedness, mounting, finish, lighting, destination, target date and authorized references.

What Ningora Confirms

Configuration, profile, interfaces, finish, lighting, mounting, supplied condition, feasibility, MOQ and lead time.

Representative Manufacturing Stages

Representative stages shown across selected light-box and display projects. The media does not represent one uninterrupted order, and exact equipment, checks and packing vary by approved scope.

02 / Processing
Machine Processing

Representative profile processing used for the documented manufacturing workflow; the reviewed project scope defines the required processing stages.

03 / Assembly

Wooden crate with project and shipping data solid-redacted
Packing option

Crate where required

Solid redactions remove project and shipping fields. A wooden crate is used only where product and transport requirements call for it.

06
Selected checks

Depending on the agreed product: dimension, wiring, power-on, light-on or function demonstration, buyer video review where agreed, and correction before dispatch where required.

07
Packing

Protection, accessory separation, carton or crate decisions are prepared around the product, supplied state, destination and transport route. Existing page evidence shows foam and wrap protection without repeating the same media here.

01 / Project Requirement & Drawing Review

Manufacturing starts with a reviewable brief

Approximate dimensions and “Not sure” answers are acceptable for an initial review. The purpose is to identify interfaces, open decisions and the information needed before quotation—not to create automatic feasibility approval.

Redacted drawing used for a custom light box manufacturing review
Authorized drawing input with client and project fields removed.
Redacted BOM structure used during requirement review
BOM structure retained while confidential commercial details remain removed.
Finished physical sample developed from reviewed drawing inputs
A finished physical sample in the drawing-to-sample evidence chain.

02 / Profile Processing & Fabrication

Profile direction becomes a physical manufacturing scope

After the frame and profile direction is confirmed, the agreed components move into processing and project-specific fabrication. Cut direction, dimensions, connection details, geometry, finish and supplied condition are tied to the approved configuration.

Profile section positioned at a cutting jig during processing
Profile-processing stage; no machine-ownership inference.
Physical H-code aluminum SEG profile section
Physical profile evidence used for section and interface review.
Cloud-shaped illuminated structure during fabrication
Non-standard structure at a fabrication stage.

Exact profile, tolerance, connection method and finish remain configuration-specific. No extrusion-mill, CNC-line, coating-line or tooling-shop ownership is implied.

03 / Frame & Structure Assembly

From processed components to a reviewable structure

Processed components are brought together as a frame or non-standard structure around the confirmed geometry and interface. Depending on the project, assembly may include frame connection, shaped-structure preparation, fastening, access features and a physical sample stage.

Joint method, reinforcement, supplied condition and installation responsibility are confirmed against the actual drawing. Local anchors, substrate, structural loads and rigging remain project-specific.

04 / Lighting, Power & Wiring Integration

Lighting is reviewed with the enclosure, not in isolation

When lighting is included in the agreed manufacturing scope, Ningora integrates the LED layout, power components, cable routing and service access with the physical enclosure and required visual result.

These records do not establish one universal BOM, lighting-performance value, certification or environmental rating.

05–06 / Checks & Protective Packing

Check the agreed functions, then protect the supplied condition

Relevant project stages may include dimensional confirmation, interface review, wiring review, power-on, light-on or function checks. Packing is then prepared around the confirmed dimensions, components, quantity and transport handoff.

Project-specific checks

Defined for the agreed stage

Formal inspection records, certification or burn-in must be separately agreed before they become part of the scope.

Protective packing

Prepared around the product

Current evidence shows foam sleeves and protective wrap applied to profile bundles.

Acceptance basis

Checks match the agreed scope

Inspection points, any burn-in requirement and the packing method are defined for the reviewed product and order.
