NINGORA / PROJECT REVIEW
RFQ Submission Terms
These terms apply when you submit a request for quotation or project review through the Ningora website.
Effective date: 28 August 2026
1. A submission is a request for review
An RFQ or project-review submission is a request for review only. It does not constitute:
- a purchase order;
- order or quotation acceptance;
- project or feasibility approval;
- a production commitment;
- a reservation of capacity; or
- a binding quotation or agreement.
Submitting an inquiry does not require Ningora to accept the project or issue a quotation.
2. Project-specific review
Each inquiry is subject to human review. Ningora may request missing information, drawings, reference images, specifications or other project details before determining the next step.
Configuration, feasibility, price, MOQ, lead time, sample scope and delivery scope are confirmed only after review of the relevant requirements. An on-screen success message or automated email confirms receipt only; it does not confirm feasibility, project acceptance or production.
3. Information and authority
You should provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete for an initial review. You confirm that you are authorized to submit the project and business information you provide.
If Ningora later requests drawings, images, specifications, trademarks or other project material, provide only material that you are authorized to share. You retain the rights you already hold in that material.
4. Quotations and orders
Any quotation is based on the technical and commercial scope stated in that quotation. Incomplete, inaccurate or changed requirements may require the quotation to be revised or withdrawn.
An order is formed only through a separate written process accepted by the relevant parties. Website content, an RFQ submission, a receipt confirmation or preliminary discussion does not create an order.
5. Confidential information
If special confidentiality controls or an NDA are required, contact Ningora before sending sensitive material. An RFQ submission or ordinary email exchange does not by itself create an NDA or special confidentiality obligation.
6. Privacy and contact
Ningora may use the business and project information provided to receive, review and respond to the inquiry, request additional information and discuss a possible quotation, as described in the Privacy Policy.
