NINGORA / WEBSITE & RFQ

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ningora handles information provided through ningora.com, the Request a Quote form and related business email communications.

Effective date: 28 August 2026

1. Information we receive

When you contact Ningora or submit a project inquiry, we may receive:

  • your name, company name, business email address, country or region and buyer type;
  • application, system, dimensions, quantity, mounting, finish, lighting, destination, target date and other project requirements;
  • project notes and follow-up communications; and
  • other information you choose to provide.

The website, form, email, hosting and security systems may also generate limited technical records such as submission time, IP address, browser or device information and security or delivery logs.

The current RFQ form does not provide file upload. If Ningora later requests drawings, reference images or specifications through email or another agreed channel, provide only material you are authorized to share.

2. How we use information

Ningora may use the information to:

  • receive, review and respond to your inquiry;
  • understand the requested application and project scope;
  • ask for missing or clarifying information;
  • discuss configuration, feasibility, samples and commercial requirements;
  • prepare or discuss a quotation where appropriate;
  • protect the website and communication systems from misuse; and
  • maintain appropriate inquiry and business records.

Submitting an inquiry does not mean that a project has been accepted, approved or quoted.

3. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be accessed by people who need it to review or respond to the inquiry. Ningora may also use service providers that support website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security, backup or professional advice. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or system security.

4. Retention

Ningora retains inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the inquiry, discuss a possible quotation, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues and protect system security. Retention may vary according to the nature and status of the inquiry.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to backup and record-keeping requirements.

5. Security and confidential information

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in project notes.

If a project requires an NDA or special confidential-handling arrangement, contact Ningora before sending sensitive project material. Submitting an RFQ does not by itself create an NDA or other special confidentiality obligation.

6. Your choices

You may contact Ningora to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. Any request will be reviewed subject to reasonable identity verification and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Information submitted for an RFQ is used to respond to that inquiry. It is not consent to unrelated marketing.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact mrbob3775@gmail.com.

Ningora may update this policy when the website or inquiry process changes. The current version becomes effective when posted on this page.
