Factory-Direct / Custom Wayfinding Manufacturing
Custom Illuminated Wayfinding Systems
Ningora manufactures project-specific illuminated directional and directory structures for sign companies and wayfinding contractors. Profiles, face interfaces, internal lighting, mounting and finish are confirmed against the actual sign schedule and project brief.

Real Product Evidence
Physical products, profiles and light-on review
The selected views show an unlit physical prototype, a workshop-stage assembly and an illuminated function check. They demonstrate development depth without naming a customer or claiming a completed installation.

Common System Directions
Start from the information system and placement
The product direction follows what the sign must communicate, how it will be viewed and how the local site can support it.
Directional signs
Arrow, floor, zone and destination information arranged for the required viewing path.
Directory signs
Multi-line or segmented information structures with replaceable or project-specific face zones.
Project-specific illuminated signs
Custom dimensions, face layout, profile direction and lighting integration reviewed from drawings.
Single- or double-sided direction
Available subject to the selected profile, mounting, service access and actual project configuration.
Outer and Divider Profiles
Confirm the section and interface on the drawing
Physical outer, divider and face-channel profiles establish the starting construction direction. Exact dimensions, available section, fasteners and supplied condition remain drawing-specific.

Confirm the selected profile
Ningora confirms current availability, dimensions and compatibility against the selected face, mounting and lighting configuration.
Face and Graphic Direction
Separate the message layer from the frame decision
The buyer should provide authorized artwork, typography, arrows, icons and change expectations. Face material and graphic method are selected only after the required appearance, replacement method and environment are reviewed.
Artwork responsibility
Ningora reviews manufacturability against authorized files. Copyright, language accuracy, accessibility content and local regulatory approval remain with the responsible project parties unless separately agreed.

Internal LED and Wiring
Lighting is configured with the physical structure
Module layout, wiring paths, driver placement and service access are reviewed with the enclosure and face. Destination voltage, control requirement and any requested component evidence must be supplied for the exact project.
Backlit, edge-lit or another reviewed project-specific arrangement.
Destination voltage, operating method, light-on expectation and service constraints.
Component model, output and thermal/service details are confirmed by configuration; no universal performance value is published.
Mounting and Installation Interfaces
Define the local structure before the sign is released
Wall, suspended and freestanding directions are reviewed against the actual sign, access and site. Local load, anchor, substrate, electrical and code responsibility must be confirmed by the relevant project parties.
Wall
Substrate, fixing pattern, cable route, service clearance and local load review.
Suspended
Suspension points, orientation, sidedness, cable management and local overhead support review.
Freestanding
Base, footprint, stability, floor interface and service access confirmed per structure.

Finish and Color
Approve the finish against a reference or sample
Black, white, silver, gold and project-matched directions may be reviewed. Final color, process, texture, quantity, sample requirement, MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the selected profile and order.
Finish availability and sample control
A color card or image starts the review; Ningora confirms the approved physical reference, process, MOQ and timing for the order.

From Drawing to Physical Review
Six review stages before commercial scope is confirmed
Sign schedule
Messages, locations, dimensions, quantities, graphics and site information.
System direction
Profile, face, lighting, mounting, finish and supplied condition.
Physical review
Prototype or sample scope agreed only where needed and commercially confirmed.
Light-on check
Project-specific illumination and function reviewed against the agreed sample stage.
Confirmed scope
Fabrication and assembly follow released drawings and commercial terms.
Order-specific
Protection and packing method depend on product, supplied condition and transport requirement.

What Buyers Should Send
A useful wayfinding brief connects information, product and site
Messages, quantities, orientation, hierarchy and location references.
Overall size, face zones, sidedness and preferred depth if known.
Artwork, typography, icons, arrows and language responsibility.
Wall, suspended or freestanding context plus substrate, access and local constraints.

Quantity, destination, target date, supplied condition and requested review stage.
FAQ / Direct Answers
Scope-safe answers for project buyers
What is a custom illuminated wayfinding system?
A project-specific directional or directory sign structure combining an information face, frame/profile direction, lighting and a mounting interface reviewed for the intended location.
Can Ningora review single- and double-sided signs?
Yes, as configuration directions. Final sidedness depends on the profile, lighting, mounting, service access and drawing.
Are the systems automatically suitable outdoors?
No. Environment, exposure, drainage, component selection, finish, electrical protection and any requested rating must be confirmed for the exact configuration.
Does Ningora provide local structural or code approval?
Not by default. Local load, anchors, substrate, electrical and code approval remain with the responsible project parties unless a separate scope is agreed.
What controls MOQ, sample scope and lead time?
Profile availability, dimensions, finish, lighting, quantity, tooling, sample requirement and approved commercial scope.
Ningora is a factory-direct manufacturer of custom illuminated wayfinding systems for sign companies and project contractors. The buyer supplies the sign schedule and site requirements; Ningora reviews the product configuration, physical sample/function scope and manufacturing brief before quotation.
Project Review
Bring the sign schedule, not only a reference photo.
Share the messages, dimensions, quantities, mounting, destination, graphics and lighting brief. Feasibility, configuration, MOQ, sample scope, price and lead time are confirmed after review.
